For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager on 800jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 These Terms, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 800jl with respect to your use of the Platform.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. 800jl enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. 800jl does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling on the Platform or under any applicable regulatory self-exclusion scheme are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
Age Verification Notice: 800jl will request government-issued ID verification (UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, or Passport) to confirm that all players meet the 21+ age requirement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period will have withdrawal access restricted.
4.1 To access real-money gaming on 800jl, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. 800jl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 You must notify 800jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat at 800jl.org.
4.4 800jl reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
5.1 800jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). 800jl does not currently charge deposit transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party payment method may be frozen pending investigation.
5.3 Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not commingled with 800jl operational funds. Your Real Funds balance represents an unsecured claim against 800jl for the relevant amount.
5.4 800jl does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. By depositing on the Platform, you represent and warrant that all funds you deposit are legally obtained.
5.5 Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotional offer. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are withdrawable as Real Funds.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
6.2 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 1–5 minutes during active processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
6.3 800jl reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players will be notified if additional verification is required, and the relevant documentation must be provided within five (5) business days.
6.4 800jl reserves the right to withhold or void any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Account rule violations, or unresolved active bonus wagering requirements.
7.1 All promotional offers available on 800jl are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
7.2 800jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to change at 800jl's sole discretion.
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited. 800jl reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 Unless otherwise specified, welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse under clause 7.3.
8.1 All games available on the 800jl Platform operate under specific game rules published within each game interface. By placing a Wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
8.2 All non-live games on the Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the certified theoretical figures provided by the relevant game provider.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game session that results in an ambiguous or disputed outcome, 800jl reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
8.4 800jl reserves the right to void any Wager that has been accepted in error due to a technical fault, incorrect odds publication, or manifest error in game configuration.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 800jl Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, pending investigation, and may have their Account permanently closed with forfeiture of balance at 800jl's discretion:

11.1 800jl reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) continued operation of the Account presents a risk of financial crime; or (c) the Player is not eligible to hold an Account under clause 3.
11.2 Upon Account closure for reasons other than a Player's breach of these Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 800jl's support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
12.1 All content on the 800jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of 800jl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 800jl.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 800jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
13.2 800jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 800jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game categories.
14.1 800jl's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at 800jl.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 800jl may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in response to lawful requests, court orders, or compliance obligations under Philippine law.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting 800jl's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.1 800jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
16.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under clause 11.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
